Launch Manager - Sunnyvale, California [Job #9524] – Dallas-based agency is seeking a Launch Manager to work client-side with a global telecommunications company in Sunnyvale, CA. Ideal candidate has 5 years of agency or marketing services related experience. Responsible for critical marketing elements related to product launch. Accountable for the quality and timeliness of the customer launch marketing portion of go-to-market plans.

Position Description
• Provides marketing assets/toolkits to customers, including: product photography, flash demos, POS, display phones, packaging, toolkits for channels, inbox elements, gear, etc.
• Works across customers and across product portfolio in conjunction with the sales, marketing and other teams to assure customer requirements are met for launch & lifecycle updates.
• Manages internal and customer approvals for all launch marketing deliverables.
• Brand advocate in the marketplace executed direct to consumers through customers.
• Accountable for quality and timeliness of launch marketing portion of go-to-market plans.
• Manages internal and customer approvals and budgets for launch deliverables.
• Maintains awareness of customer business and industry.
• Liaison with agencies, customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
• 5 years agency or marketing services related experience
• Degree required
• Effective communicator both orally and written
• Builds wide and useful networks of contacts inside and outside the organization
• Possessing understanding of the nature and significance of consumer's lifestyles, attitudes, behaviors, desires and preferences in relation to purchasing, owning and using mobile phones, consumer services, and technology.
• Manages conflict and relates well to people at all levels, nurturing business relationships.

This is a full-time, 40 hours/week, 6-month contract position with a possibility of converting to a permanent position.
