Campaign and Activation Manager - Sunnyvale, California [Job #9525] – Dallas-based agency is seeking a Campaign and Activation Manager to work client-side with a global telecommunications company in Sunnyvale, CA. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of product marketing/management experience, preferably in local (US & Canada) markets. Responsible for implementation of marketing messages and activation of campaigns across all consumer touch points for all categories.
Position Description
• Sets and develops marketing strategies, business plans and organizational objectives
• Develops and nurture the carrier partnerships to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
• Aligns with sales plans to maximize consumer and customer impact, and achieve positive returns.
• Understands the significance of consumer's lifestyles, attitudes, behaviors, desires and preferences in relation to purchasing, owning and using mobile devises, consumer services, and technology.
• Identifies and develops positive and compelling visions of the organization's future potential.
• Analyzes the impact of marketing on potential business.
• Optimizes marketing investment along the Purchase Funnel
• Efficient and accurate budget planning driving optimized marketing mix and ROI
• Responsible for activation of all parts of the marketing plan
• Responsible for providing inputs, securing activation and lifecycle maintenance.
• Incorporates local feedback and requirements throughout the campaign development process.
• Ensures global campaigns are successfully activated locally through consumer participation
• Manages the program activation with Consumer events, Seeding programs, Brand and experience partnerships, Sponsorships, Product placements, etc.
• Ensures the full sales and marketing alignment.
Requirements
• Marketing Degree
• 10+ years of marketing management experience
• Builds wide and useful networks inside and outside the organization.
• Proven ability in: Analyzing, Business Insight, Customer Knowledge, Managing Projects, Planning & Organizing, and Presenting & Communicating.
• Highly collaborative and team oriented.
• Provides team with development opportunities, coaching, clear direction, goals and targets.
• Recruits and retains talented employees.
This is a full-time, 40 hours/week, 6-month contract position with a possibility of converting to a permanent position.
